WHO IS VD-INTERNATIONAL?

We are a medium-sized insurance broker agency located in Freiburg im Breisgau. We have been servicing our clients for already 10 years now in all kind of insurance matters.

Our team of currently 40 persons is in charge of our clients` insurance matters on a regional and national level. We from our premises in Freiburg as well are servicing our international partners.

VD-International means "International Insurance Service".

We consider ourselves as an active partner for all kind of insurance matters our clients are facing. After personal and individual interviews we are working out for each of our clients a customized solution, which consequently is totally in accordance with their demands.

WHAT OFFERS VD-INTERNATIONAL TO ITS CLIENTS?

1. ANALYSIS

In a personal interview with one member of our qualified staff first of all our client`s and its company`s risk situation is analyzed in detail. We know that the risks commercial enterprises nowadays are facing are becoming more and more complex. Only by means of a consequent risk management it may be evaluated today if and how a risk really shall be covered. A detailled analysis reflects the situation as well as the needs.

2. COVER CONCEPT

In order to be able to satisfy the client`s needs, we establish a customized cover concept.

We then aim at an optimal realization of this cover concept on the insurance market, assisted by our partners in service companies, with insurers and reinsurers.

3. OUR CLIENTS`ADVANTAGES

By establishing an optimal cover concept, the client is given a clear view on his risk situation.

Regularly he is provided with a solution, that is economically interesting for him and in many cases should help him to save costs.

In case of a claim, our client approaches us, being the proper quarter for assessment of such a claim.

Even in case the insurance portfolio has been transferred to various risk bearers, we are at our client`s disposal for all questions arising out of any insurance matter.
